Personal reflections, psychology rabbit holes, and other things I felt like writing down.
After writing about mental health for a few years, I've learned a couple of things: the topic is endlessly fascinating, and the world desperately needs to talk about it more.
I'm starting this blog because, through my own challenges, I know firsthand how beneficial it can be to share stories and talk openly. The goal is to create a space for honest, evidence-based information about mental health. I'll also share some tools, personal reflections, occasional ranting, and other stuff to get the conversation started.
If you're struggling, I'm rooting for you. If someone you love is struggling, I'm rooting for them too.

Laura
